5810R离心机S-4-104水平转头吊篮适配器离心瓶

S-4-104为用于eppendorf 5810R低温高速离心机的高通量水平转头。S-4-104标准圆形吊篮可提供覆盖1.5mL离心管到750mL离心瓶离心要求的13种转头适配器。配置方形工作板吊篮后，可实现2个圆形吊篮+2个工作板吊篮的的混搭组合工作模式。

详细介绍

S-4-104为新型采用圆形吊篮设计的高通量水平转头，最大工作容量4×750mL，50mL锥形管容量高达28管，适用于eppendorf 5810R低温高速离心机。

S-4-104标准圆形吊篮提供了13种转头适配器，覆盖1.5mL微量离心管- 750mL大容量离心瓶应用需求。

圆形吊篮底部外形与750mL平底离心瓶不匹配，需添加专用垫片5825744004方可安全运行。

S-4-104提供了Coring 500mL锥形离心瓶专用适配器5825745000，无需垫片可直接离心Corning PP材质旋盖离心瓶（431123）。但使用Falcon/Corning/Nunc等品牌的225mL、250mL锥形瓶时，除安装250mL离心瓶适配器（5825741005）还须在平底添加制造商配套锥形瓶垫。

在50mL锥形离心管适配器中使用25mL锥形管时须同时添加相应垫片。15mL锥形管适配器（5825734009）可分拆成上下两部分。当使用5.0mL锥形管时，可去除适配器的上半部分后使用。

S-4-104 转头还可选配方形工作板吊篮（Plate bucket）。

工作中，可以购买S-4-104转头架、4个圆形吊篮及配套适配器、外加2个工作板吊篮，搭建离心管、离心瓶和微孔板平台（1+4+2方案），也可以采用S-4-104转头架、2个圆形吊篮、2个工作板吊篮的（1+2+2）的混搭组合方式方案，增加转头使用操作的便利性。

可选气密性 QuickLock 转头盖，离心危险样品时更安全。

吊篮、转头盖和适配器可高温高压灭菌 (121℃，20分钟)。
